Yes. For custom projects — including Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) work or bulk orders — email us and we'll discuss your requirements.

Yes. Every order ships directly from France.

In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days, and you'll get tracking by email once it's on its way. Group Buy orders follow the timeline listed on each product page.

You can return unused products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Email support@treasuretypes.com to start a return.

Treasure Companion is our desktop app for setting up and customizing your keyboard.

Companion currently runs on macOS with Apple Silicon (M1 and later). It's in beta — Intel Macs and Windows aren't supported yet.

Each of our products comes in different "Series," similar to "Mk," "Rev," or "Seq," indicating version upgrades. Series are noted in Roman numerals (II, III, IV, …).

An Interest Check is an early look at a product we're considering making. It lets us gauge demand and gather feedback before committing to production — no payment is involved.

A Group Buy is a collective purchasing method, much like a pre-order, where payments are collected in advance for a bulk production run. There can be an extended wait between your order date and delivery, ranging from a few weeks to several months. Each Group Buy on our site includes an estimated production and shipping timeline.
