    • We are located in Paris, France. Treasure was founded by Eric, Industrial Designer.

      All our products are designed and shipped directly from France to customers worldwide.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    • Absolutely! If you need to change your shipping address, simply email us at support@treasuretypes.com with your new details.

  • Where can I contact you ?

    • You can contact us anytime at support@treasuretypes.com. We’re also active on Instagram and Discord where you can engage with our community, ask questions, and stay updated with our latest releases.

  • Do you take commission work ?

    • Yes, we do! If you’re interested in custom projects, including Color, Material, and Finish (CMF) or bulk orders, please email us to discuss your requirements

  • TYPE 
    • “TYPE” is our exclusive line of mechanical keyboards under the TREASURE ® brand.
      • TYPE-9 ( Macropad )
      • TYPE-30 ( Ortho Compact Keyboard )
      • TYPE-D 
  • Series

    • Each of our products comes in different ‘Series,’ similar to “Mk,” “Rev,” or “Seq,” which indicate version upgrades. These series are noted in Roman numerals (II, III, IV, …).

    • Group Buy

      • A Group Buy is a collective purchasing method, much like a pre-order, where payments are collected in advance for a bulk production run. This means there can be an extended wait time from your order date to delivery, ranging from a few weeks to several months. Each Group Buy on our site will include an estimated timeline for production and shipment, so you’ll always be informed.
